I have seen this problem with other customers. I have Broken keyboard and still have had no reply from native instruments. Software checks and did native software/midi driver scan sent email of result. Took it back out of the box I can’t!!Īmazon responded with “its out of their return or replacement. Okay everyone let me explain what's happening here - The reason this is getting 1 star is simple - BOB orders the controller installs it and in his excitement does what we all do and installs Native access Registers the product and installs any relevant and additional software - however, BOB in his excitement doesn't realize that the device has Driver support issues because NI should be using their own stand-alone drivers and not relying on a Plug and Play drivers from Windows 10 - So what does BOB do he sends it back of course because it's not getting recognized by his system (it doesn't work amazon) poor amazon refunds his money not knowing that it is them that are losing out because every time they sell one and it gets returned which most will, It can not be sold again so makes its way to the warehouse where poor FRED finds himself a bargain - Only poor FRED does not know that BOB already used the serials to register his product before sending it back because of the driver issues - Solution is simple Native Instruments need to release a standalone Driver or AMAZON will continue to loose out on this Product - You are all welcome - This may have worked for you with no issues - It depends - Mine is now working -after the windows update and removing devices reinstalling using it on another PC and so on - I think it may be due to you having other plug and play devices active so try disable them first - This item DOES WORK - but you may need to know your way around computers and Device Manager to sort it.
